From 5:00pm to 8:30pm, The Bay transforms into an intimate, candle-lit setting with a live lounge singer and a three-course menu. Start with winter asparagus, smoked salmon or Parma ham with Mediterranean accents; follow with your choice of chargrilled sirloin, pan-fried cod, salt-baked celeriac or slow-roasted pork belly.
