All bedrooms have T.V., tea and coffee making facilities, not forgetting comfort and space demanded for modern accommodation.

Ample off road resident's car parking is available, plus for your security and safety, the property is protected by close circuit T.V. system and full fire alarm.

Chapel St Leonards has proved to be a popular smaller resort some 7 miles north of Skegness. Our quieter beaches provide a welcome haven for the retired and families alike, The golden sandy beaches are generally very quiet and highly inviting The village proves a wonderful balance between the facilities expected in a modern resort and open rural environment - plenty of entertainment, but surrounded by quiet unspoiled open countryside.

South Sands is located within a 5 minute walk to the village centre with delightful small shops, bars and food outlets. In the opposite direction, visitors discover small theme parks and night life venues plus family entertainment.

Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells market, Butlins Funcoast World and the bright lights of Skegness are a short drive away - or may be accessed by a regular bus service, the bus stop being outside the front door.

Ground Floor Double En-Suite First Floor accommodation consisting of:- two Double En-Suites, one Twin En-Suite room and one Family room with private bathroom - all @ £26.00 pppn b & b for one night's stay.From 17 July 2010 to 10 September 2010 all week-end bookings must be a minimum of two night stays.

Children from 3 years old to 16 years old will be half price, under 3 years old will be free.

Single supplement of £5.00 pn will be charged.

Deposits required are £20.00 for one night's stay and £50.00 for any other stays.Deposits are non-refundable unless a genuine excuse is received in writing.

Long term winter lets for 2010/2011 - ROOM ONLY available at £82.00 per room per week. Deposit of £50.00 to book room.

Our rates will be discounted by £2.00 pppn for stays of two nights or more (singles excluded)!

We also offer a mid-week break (Monday through to Thursday) at £80.00 pp (excluding singles) from 13 April 2010 to end of November 2010 (excluding all children’s school holidays).

All one night stays midweek will be charged at £24.00 pppn(singles excluded). During the children's holidays from 17 July 2010 to 10 September 2010 all one night stays midweek will be charged at £26.00 pppn(singles excluded).
